Privacy notice for business outreach

What we use: only public business details – company name, website, publicly listed business email/phone, public ratings – found on your website or in public business listings (e.g. Google Maps).

Why and on what basis: to send you one relevant, personal business offer and, at most, one follow-up (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in direct marketing to businesses; CAN-SPAM compliant).

Your choices: reply "no thanks" or "unsubscribe" and we stop immediately and keep your address only on a do-not-contact list so we never write again. You may ask what we hold about you or ask us to delete it, and you can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Retention: if there is no reply, your details are deleted after 90 days (except the do-not-contact list).

Processors: our email provider for sending; no selling or sharing of your data.
